We now have a unique opportunity to create an "Ammunition Collective" that will not only address the ammo shortages that we all have been dealing with but also provide better pricing when the ammunition market goes back to normal. This all began when GD was approached to sell some ammunition and we will make our traditional 3% on the sales. If the sales go well the group with the ammunition is willing to allow GD to sell more ammunition at better pricing. So cases will turn into pallets and with luck pallets will turn into containers. At those volumes, GD will have more control over the pricing, and we want to pass those savings on to you. The benefit for all of us is that we can cut out some of the middlemen who can drive costs up by 50% or more. The added value is that the ammunition will be delivered right to your home or local FFL depending on where you live. Our vision is to in time also establish a national network of local gun store owners to benefit from the Collective as well.
So, if you must buy overpriced ammo (like I do) we ask that you consider buying it from GD because it will help us provide you with cheaper ammo prices in the future and hopefully the rest of your range days. The quicker we get our purchasing volumes up the sooner we can start passing the savings on to you.
