Democrats Introduce Gun Registration Bill – The First Step in Gun Confiscation Laws

Earlier today Sen. Bob Menendez and Castro Rep. Barbara Lee introduced the Gun Records Restoration and Preservation Act. The legislation, signed by a number of fellow Democrats, allows the FBI and ATF to collect, preserve and disclose gun records to state officials and members of the public.
