Dems and GOPers Scheming to Defund Police & Shut Down Operation LeGend!

President Trump made history this month when he ordered the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice to work together to put down the violence plaguing cities like Portland.

As I have mentioned before, Operation LeGend is named after 4-year-old LeGend Taliferro, a boy who was shot and killed while he was asleep in his bed when a stray bullet flew through the wall of his room and hit him. Trump named the operation after him to promise families across the country that the violent mobs destroying America’s cities will not be allowed to go unchecked.

Operation LeGend is simple, but brilliant. Federal officers from DHS and DOJ surge into a city and arrest as many criminals as they can on federal charges. Local police tend to know who the killers in their communities are. They simply lack the evidence, resolve, or the permission from local politicians to do anything about it. Operation LeGend’s goal is to find something that the Feds can use to charge criminals and get them off the street, even if the crime is just illegal drug or firearm possession.
