Watch: Prosecutor Asks Kyle Rittenhouse If He Plays Call Of Duty, Says Gamers ‘Try And Kill Everyone Else With Your Guns’

During a bizarre exchange during the murder trial of teenager Kyle Rittenhouse, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger asked the defendant if he chose his AR-15 because it “resembled the type of weapons used in first-person shooter video games”  like “Call of Duty,” and collectively accused all gamers of trying to “pretty much trying to shoot everyone who comes at you.”

BINGER: “You thought [the AR-15 rifle] resembled the types of weapons that are used in first person shooter video games, correct?”

RITTENHOUSE: “I don’t really play first person shooter video games, I have, but I believe there’s a variety of guns, including shotguns, pistols, there’s guns in video games that resemble all guns.”

BINGER: “Isn’t it true, when you would hang out with Dominic Black, you would play Call of Duty and other first-person shooter video games?”
