President and Founder of 'Shoot Like A Girl', Karen Butler said, "We put a lot of stress on ourselves to be perfect. And here, we don't put any stress on anyone. We wanted every single woman to feel the confidence when you aim at a target and you hit exactly where you're aiming at."
For some women, guns are intimidating enough to keep them from participating.
"I've had a healthy respect of guns before," first time shooter Jennifer Crow said. "I know some people who have them, I don't personally have one, but I've always wanted to shoot one."
