Last week was no exception, and this is only the latest episode of dysfunction among anti-gun Democrat politicians. Their attempt to completely thwart concealed carry in New Jersey by labeling nearly everywhere a “sensitive place” hit a snag.
A.4769 was scheduled to have a vote on the Assembly floor last Thursday, but the legislation never actually came up for a vote.
Presumably, they were missing votes. Despite the hiccup, Assembly leadership made public comments indicating that the legislation will eventually come up again.
